1. E-store is selling products by the Internet.
2. Taking an orders begins when buyer add a product to shopping cart and sends an order.
3. The order will be completed to 7 days from our reciving payment.
4. An invoice will be send if buyer will require that in his order form.
5. Buyer can add to his shopping cart another products, or change his order within two days, on condition that his package wasn't send yet.
6. All the prices are in zloty's, or in Euro and contain the vat tax. For details about taxes and vat, please contact us. Our shop reserve the right to organize promotions, adding new offer and changing the offers.
7. Buyer covers the delivery costs.
8. Client can choose following payment method:

9. According to the statue from 2 march 2000, of Polish law, client can cancel the order bought in our store, without giving the reason, in 10 days from the deliver. It's possible only when the product is not worn out, used, and wasn't wear. In this case we will give back all the money for product but delivery cost will not be return.
Our store guarantee giving back the money for the product within 7 days from claim, on account choosen by buyer. The delivery cost will not be return unless the product will be not as in order or will be faulty.
10. When ordered product is faulty or don't answer the description on our site, total cost of order will be returned (with delivery cost), or the articles will be exchanged on others in the same price. It's possible only when the product will be send to us back, and we will acknowledge the statement to be truth.
11. The contract is concluded between client and PPHU Gracja.
12. The contract is concluded in according to Polish law.
13. An agreement to subscription is synonimous with acceptation the Privacy policy .
14. The adequate cort to inquire disputes followed by sell-contract is adequate cort to seat of deferant.
