1. Do I have to register to buy something in your store?

No. We don't  require that.

2. I'm a new client and I didn't buy anything yet from you. What can you offer me to assure me that I will get my package?

There are many ways. The easiest thing is to pay by paypal with an security option- this means that I will recive payment only when you will get your package. The same option offers allpay.pl but you will have to contact me first.

3. How long will I have to wait for my package.

We send the package to 7 days after reciving payment, but usually it is about 2-4 days.

4. Is it possible to get few invoices from one order?

No. Invoice contains all the products that are in the package.

5. How to contact us?

6. How much is a delivery cost?

It's calculating individually, depends of destination and weight of package. Please ask for delivery cost to your country.

7. If I will buy a few products, will I have to pay for every package separately?

No. There will be one delivery cost.

There are two solutions:

• Exchanging the product
• Giving money back
